"I stood in line behind someone else at 8:30 PM and waited for about 5 minutes without anyone at the counter. The person in front of me and I were unsure about what to do, and I even thought about going into the kitchen but ultimately decided against it to avoid getting in trouble. After another 5 minutes, around 8:40 PM, a girl came out from the back and, with a bit of attitude, informed us that they were closed. It felt like she was annoyed with us for still being there. I was frustrated after waiting for 10 minutes only to receive a dismissive response. Checking the time, I saw it was 8:40 PM, and their posted hours indicate they close at 9:00 PM. I took a picture of the hours and the time to include with this review. I don't know who manages this location, but I've consistently encountered the same attitude from the staff. I felt compelled to share my experience this time because it truly disappointed me."
