"This place has gone down hill over the years, used to be quite crowded, now looks empty and run down. From the interior to the utensils, everything looked dusty and unsanitary.The House Special Pho arrived quickly with mostly soup, not a whole lot of noodles and other stuff, but a lot of cilantro and green onions. The pho was bland, the soup tasted like water with strong seasoning.The service was acceptable; the waiter responded to our requests to the best of his ability, but looked short-staffed and had limited English."
