"The food here is overpriced and honestly not worth it. This is our second time ordering from this restaurant, and while the overall taste was mediocre, the raw steak was quite good! That’s why we decided to return for it again tonight. We picked it up as usual, and the staff was very friendly. However, when we got home and turned over the noodles, we found a clump of hair embedded in the bottom. This has definitely been our last visit. When I called to request a refund, the woman on the phone said we would have to drive all the way back just so they could inspect the hair in the food before issuing a refund."

"I've been coming to Pho Hoai for nine years, consistently impressed by their cooking. I ordered the 51f Bun Bo Hue, a regional dish that's hard to find in many Vietnamese restaurants around the city due to its complexity and lower demand. But it's absolutely delicious! Thank you, Pho Hoai and the staff!"

"Seriously? This is what defines pho for me. It's ridiculously cheap quality, which is an insult to your customers. If you eat here, I suppose you’ll have to ask for extra ingredients just to get a normal amount of toppings for this much soup. And a tablespoon of cilantro is definitely not enough. I ended up paying $23.16 including tip. The tofu had no flavor and shouldn't have to rely solely on the broth for taste. I included a second picture to show what’s left of the veggies in my $20 soup. The cilantro looks old and is dark in color."
