"I wanted to show some support to a local restaurant since I was in the area and found this place on Google Maps without research. I ordered a bowl of Phõ Saigon and a Beef Short Rib Noodle Salad. The food was delicious, but the customer service was awfully terrible. After paying for my $37 meal and receiving a receipt, the server called out to me and asked if I was going to leave a tip. I told the server I was only paying for the meal itself because that was all I could afford. The server demanded me to give her a 10% tip which I declined. The server expressed her anger and explained, “Next time you should leave a tip. In America, you’re supposed to leave a 10% tip for the server” then she further on explained how she wasn’t getting paid enough at the restaurant and how tips were valuable to her. I understood her frustration about being underpaid but to demand someone for a tip is outrageous and rude. Another dine-in customer who witnessed this incident at the time retrieved their tips from her as they expressed their disappointment as to witnessing this."

"The decor was fantastic, and the staff was extremely professional and attentive. Our server, Brody, did an excellent job explaining the food preparation. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and the meals were delicious."
