"I was excited to receive my order from Uber Eats, but was disappointed to find that it was not up to par. The sub I ordered was made correctly, but had a strange taste. The pickle was clearly old, the soda had an expiration date of 06/17/24 and tasted odd. I spent $40 on old and spoiled items, so I am extremely disappointed."

"The staff person that was adding the condiments of sandwiches did not have her Mass over her nose that was very rude she only had the mass over her mouth the African American girl that was serving to put in the condiments on the sandwiches this was on February the 17th when I was there and the the terminal charge my account twice when I only had one sandwich the terminal that you got you have to put in the amount on the terminal which I never heard of such a thing you should be able to just swipe the car for the amount that they say the sandwiches otherwise the sandwich was great I love to sandwich but those are the two things I need to correct and the place need better ventilation out there with a customer sits it's not the building is not well ventilated out there and they need better lighting when you walk in there it looks like you're down in the dungeon is Doom the light is the lighting makes you feel like you walked into it a seller or something"

"Many of the staff members at my school ordered from Mr. Subs for our field day today. Rich, the owner, was very easy to work with in coming up with a meal plan that worked for our staff. Not only did he deliver all the the sandwiches/chips/drinks at the requested time but he made another trip back to the school for a staff member whose order was not completely accurate. I have gotten rave reviews from our staff about their sandwiches and we are so grateful to Rich and his team at Mr. Subs for making this possible without breaking the bank. We are looking forward to this new field day tradition. I highly recommend Mr. Subs for the freshest of sandwiches, good portions, and amazing service!"

"I’m glad you were closing to appreciate your employees happy holidays I updated the rating but have some recommendations for what it’s worth.I’m a small business owner as well, and know it is tedious to update the apps and hours, but I really did waste an hour driving yesterday back and forth. If your management could have the foresight to update the hours for an annual event next year I would think customers would appreciate it.Went for lunch the next day and your Uber eats app has a listing of wings that you don’t have instead was unable to remove the items and was recommended to change to tenders.Went to the store today 22DEC2023 after driving 30 minutes rushing to beat the 8PM closing time on Google and showed up at 7PM to a hand drawn sign out front saying: “Closing early at 6:30PM”. Way to update it anywhere except the front door when I get there."
