"Pacific Bay in Stuart is not worth your time. The service is extremely poor and disorganized. We had to wait for the hostess to clear a table for four, even though there were five empty, clean tables available. Then we waited 15 minutes for a server, and when the food finally arrived, it was delivered by a kitchen worker who had to search from table to table to find where everything belonged, and even then, not all of our order was on the tray. The restaurant has been open at this location for about a month, and on a Saturday evening at 6 o'clock, it was less than half-full. When staff finally cleared dirty dishes from a table, they didn’t even bother to wipe it down. There was no manager in sight to ensure everything was running smoothly or that customers were being attended to. As for the food, it was only mediocre at best. We were looking forward to dining here, but we were very disappointed and will not return or recommend it to anyone."
