"I ordered a cheeseburger and a large fries, but received the same size container I would have gotten if I hadn’t requested a large. When they asked about my order, I confirmed that I ordered a cheeseburger, and they informed me that it came with a large foam container and a large sweet tea, which I agreed to. Later, I found out there was an extra charge of $2.25 for what I received. What’s going on? The last time I visited, they returned my debit card, and I only realized it was missing when I got home. Now that it’s out of my possession, my bank advised me to get a replacement card, which not only cost me money but was also quite an inconvenience. They didn’t even offer me a complimentary meal next time. To top it off, they messed up my fries. I really miss Bill—he was such a great guy."
