"I placed my order at 8 PM and arrived at the restaurant by 8:30 PM, only to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food. When I got home, I discovered that there were beans in my meal, which I didn't want. I called the restaurant to explain the situation, and they told me to bring the food back for a replacement. However, I live 10 minutes away and have twin toddlers to put to bed. The manager insisted I return the meal for a new order. In the end, I decided it wasn't worth it to drive back and forth, especially given the gas cost. I won’t be coming back to this restaurant and will be going to Stokos from now on. I'm really disappointed."

"I visited this restaurant for a complimentary Veterans Day breakfast buffet and returned a week later to enjoy breakfast with my young daughter. The service was quick and exceptionally friendly. The menu offered a wide variety of choices, all of which were surprisingly good quality, well-prepared, and flavorful. The menu specials provide excellent value for money. The dining area is spacious, well-lit, and accommodating, with plenty of room between tables and chairs. The seating arrangements are generous, making it a great place for families or meetings. Do yourself a favor and stop by to experience the food for yourself. The last photo I’m sharing is of a child's French toast breakfast, which cost just $8."

"Honestly the service was good and fast. It was too fast! I ordered a number 10 two-piece fish with six shrimp and two sides. I rarely check my order from there because they've always been good about getting it correct but when I got home this time I opened the box and there was no shrimp I called the location surprisingly they picked up I let them know what had happened they told me to come back down and they would make it right. when I got there they replaced the whole meal. No questions asked they were very polite and I am very appreciative! Thank you to Heather and the staff on duty."

"it has been for two years since I was with this long john silver’s, because I didn’t like the service, nor the way that food was presented to me at that time. I decided to go on and give it a try because I wanted to try that grilled garnel and lo and to see that the garnels were so small it was ridiculous the rice was so gooey without taste and cold. I asked for cocktail sauce twice in the window they asked me to pull me and wait for my meal when he brought me my meal, there were no serviettes, no forks, no cocktail sauce. "I visited your restaurant two weeks ago and ordered a hot fudge sundae. I think I only had a spoonful of hot fudge on it. Yesterday, I decided to give the hot fudge sundae another try. This time, I asked for extra hot fudge due to my previous experience. While I did receive more fudge, it wasn’t hot at all; it was just regular Hershey’s syrup, which isn’t hot fudge. I'm disappointed and won’t be ordering it again."

"Been here a few times already:. When I have a craving for some really good and crispy Fried Chicken, I think of this place. I remember Orlando locations growing up. Since I’ve found it here in Pompano Bch, I come here occasionally and now I’m bringing my two extra pieces home for another meal. A big Schlegel Mmm!Kid-friendliness: At first you may not think much of location but good chicken/good food. What the hey! Haven’t tried anything but that yet. Not fancy-kids don’t care. "We used a Groupon which was a total misrepresentation of what it offers. When we arrived we expected a open buffet where you serve yourself from a variety of food. This is not what was offered by the staff who seemed totally unable to deal with the Groupon. We were told to order from the menu posted on the wall that provided a number of pieces of fish or chicken. Also included were two tiny portions of sides. Many of the sides we asked for were specialty items and were not available as a choice for the Groupon offerdespite that they were promoted on the Groupon. We were never told that if we wanted more that we could ask for seconds or thirds.... the Groupon was for all you can eat. This most likely a good thing as the food did not taste fresh or yummy chicken was old as determined by the black bones under the meat. The fish and chicken had no flavor to the coating, but it was crispy. Yes crispy, but eating one piece of fish or chicken with your fingers required at least napkins to wipe all the oil off your fingers. We took pieces of fish home, placing it into a airfryer to warm and bring back the crisp. It was better for the amount of oil because there was tablespoons of oil that had dropped out of the fish during reheating. This is not a good place to eat and needs someone to be make sure that advertised offers are not subject to change when the customer arrives"

"EDIT: went back for the grilled shrimp meal and I was really happy this time. They did a good job. The food was pretty filling but a bit salty and price was a bit expensive; I also asked for the popcorn shrimp but I was disappointed, it was a bit oiled and not what I expected and the portion was extremely small for the price. However, the corn is excellent and the fries were really nice and crunchy, I'd recommend those two items for sides. The chicken was also really good and the breaded shrimp were pretty nice. I would have liked customer service be a bit more conscious of the number of food items I ordered and include more adequate sauce items; I really would have liked an extra cocktail sauce cup or have the one cup have a little more sauce, I could only dip a few shrimp before running thin. Overall, not bad but could be better. Also, online it says they are open until 10 but I found that they actually close at 8, I got there at around 7:50 on one occasion and the walk-in door was already sealed."

"I have visited this restaurant twice in the past three weeks. The first time, I had to leave because there was no air conditioning and it was 105 degrees outside. Today, there was still no AC, only big noisy fans, and the entire place looked rundown. I ordered 3 pieces of fish and ended up with 3 pieces of fishy tasting chicken. I suggest the restaurant should just close down already, and let something else take its place if the owners are not interested in improving. Despite the poor conditions, the employees have great attitudes. It's the owners who are to blame."

"I recently had an amazing dining experience at a Long John Silver's location. The shrimp, fish, and hush puppies were outstandingly delicious. Everything was fresh, hot, and simply amazing. "This place is absolutely horrible! Every time we go through the drive thru our food is wrong!!! Plus they close whenever they want! We be been there at 6:30, 7:00, 7:45 and they always come on the speaker and say they are closed, but yet there are plenty of employees inside “playing around and laughing” as well as cars in the drive though! They should just shut this location down or else fire everyone and get new team!!"
