"I ordered a regular Italian sandwich and clearly requested no cheese, but unfortunately, they didn’t listen. To make matters worse, they used the wrong bread and had to remake my sandwich three times, without getting it right halfway through. They even grilled the salami, which wasn’t what I wanted. After waiting for 30 minutes with no resolution, I decided to leave and go to Panda Express instead. Before I left, I expressed my frustration about the terrible service and atmosphere at this Jersey Mike's and vowed never to return. Interestingly, I saw some Jersey Mike's staff at Panda as well."

"It's so hard to find a good Hoagie in the south when you are from Philadelphia. Jersey Mikes is about the only place I can get a decent sandwich outside of Publix. They cut the meat fresh as they are making the sandwiches. Nothing pre-sliced like Subway or other sandwich spots. I can appreciate the choice of extra long sandwiches. Eat some now save some for later. The hot pepper relish is good. I used a delivery service named Foodsby to order my sandwich online. Real convenient. They made it just like I like it as if I was standing there instructing them on how of this or that to use. I will be ordering again"

"Went to pick up my order June 22 between 6-8 pm. Different staff I guess because usually things go pretty well although I?ve had concerns about cross contamination. Well today takes the cake. So much that I had to call the board of health and report what I saw there. Being a health care provider I am very observant and sensitive to the cleanliness and overall protection of the consumer. A young female was making the sandwiches. She had gloves on.she was putting all the toppings on the hoagie, lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc. she then wrapped the hoagie in paper wrap. The guy she was waiting on said he had a coupon on his phone. He took out the phone and handed it to this young thin dark haired female employee. She took the phone with her gloved hands and punched in the number or whatever was on the phone into the computer system. Handed back the phone to the customer and went back to making the hoagies with all the toppings and never changed her gloves. I call her over and said what I saw. She took the gloves off and then another worker came over and they were talking together. I couldn?t hear what they said. After a few minutes the other worker who came over picked up the sandwich and put it on the other side of the meat cutter. Then the young girl started to add the toppings to the other hoagies. Then another worker handed her the original, severely Contaminated hoagie and she then proceeded to put the toppings on it and she knew it was the contaminated one. I started to say I saw what they did and they ignored me. I walked out went home and called the board of health. Now what if a older possibly health compromises person got that hoagie with all the germs and bacteria that was on the phone and now on their hoagie. Disgusting and extremely insensitive to others. They should all be fired and owners fined! Disgraceful!"

"I don’t do many reviews, period However, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and thanks for the exemplary service I received from this location from Steve and Adam. I was seriously blown away by the kindness and care I received while ordering dinner for my family today. Both Adam and Steve were incredibly professional, made me feel incredibly welcome, and further solidified and cemented why this specific Jersey Mike’s is my favorite in the city. Furthermore, probably my favorite of all time. I am from the East Coast and have been to many a jersey Mike’s for many years, and The service and Kerr I received from this location has been second to none. I hope that Tom, the manager, is reading this, because these guys certainly deserve to be recognized for their professionalism and hospitality. I will always recommend this Jersey Mike’s to anyone in Denver. Thank you guys so much for being awesome! Give these guys a raise! Being a business owner myself, I know good quality staff mates when I see them, and they are very hard to come by. You guys have your selves some great employees, and I will always go out of my way to visit this location over any others in Denver."

"I have been a fan of Jersey Mike's for a long time because I always found that Subway didn't provide enough meat and cheese. However, my recent experience ordering subs for delivery was disappointing. I received one free sub with points, but paid extra for bacon and additional meat, while requesting no specific veggies. The other sub had some extra veggies added. Unfortunately, the free sub did not have any bacon or extra meat as requested, but was filled with the veggies I asked to be left off. The other sub had only two long pieces of bacon that did not cover the entire sandwich, and the extra veggies I added were minimal and only on one part of the sub. Additionally, there was very little meat and cheese on the ends of the sub. This experience left me feeling disappointed, as it seems like either there was a new employee who couldn't make sandwiches properly, or there was some other issue with my order."

"This Jersey Mike's location is great, just like you'd expect. Consistency in quality is really important for chain restaurants, and this one delivers. My top picks here are the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak and the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. During lunch, this place can get quite busy, so if you're pressed for time, you might want to skip dining in. They handle delivery and in-store orders the same way, so if they're overloaded with DoorDash or other delivery services, you might end up waiting for a while. I've never had issues with parking here. My only minor complaint is that they don't seem to provide napkins for to-go orders by default, or maybe they just forgot mine this time."

"I called the restaurant to let them know about the excessive dressing. Rafale answered the phone and mentioned that they use three lines of dressing as their standard, and he had personally made my sandwich. Unfortunately, there were no apologies offered—just a dismissive attitude as if to say, "This is how we do it, take it or leave it." There was no offer to resolve the issue or even a simple apology for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor service both in person and over the phone. I would rate it 0 out of 5 stars. Parking was also a challenge—it's very busy, so just be sure to drive slowly and be courteous."

"I hope management see that this gives them a bonus!!! The night team on 11/21/20 was incredible. They were so busy with personal and online orders due to the restaurants feed America promo, but no one was panic. They held it together, professionally and even checked for each other to ensure that every employee was good. I do not see this very often with such a great and accommodating attitude. What a beautiful experience in the midst of a lot of uneasiness in the world. They did my day!! And to make it from the sandwiches with the same care they had for the customer experience, they were not rushing through them, but let every customer know that they would soon be with us. STELLAR Customer Service!"

"My son had to bring me a sandwich from this restaurant because the one closer to us had run out of bread. Unfortunately, he forgot to add honey mustard and instead included regular mustard on the side. I had asked for extra mayo, but there was barely any on the sandwich, and it wasn't even cut in half. I specifically requested that the sandwich be made "Mike's way" with onions, but there were no onions included. Even though we arrived before closing time, I still expected to receive the sandwich I ordered."

"Didn’t make “right” a faulty situation.Ordered on the app for delivery, customizing my sandwich to remove the cheese asked for the plain bread. Additionally, made a special note to emphasize a SEVERE DAIRY ALLERGY. The sandwich delivered to me was completely wrong made with the cheese bread and more cheese inside.I immediately called this location and while explaining the situation, was interrupted with a generic “you’ll have to talk to the regional office,” and was transferred to another line that immediately hung up on me. Following this, I submitted an email and online contact form…. Yet, there was no effort to remedy the situation.No refund, no replacement, just a meal that ended up in the trash.Dietary restrictions: Does not pay attention to customizations or notes, disregarding any care for allergies!
