"I want to preface this review by making it clear that I am in no way a healthy eater. I am not gluten-free I am not on any special diet I was just intrigued by the pictures I had seen of their cauliflower crust. So when the opportunity arose to try it out I thought why not. I ordered a 12 inch cauliflower crust with pepperoni and green olives and a order of cheesy breadsticks. 30 minutes later my order was ready. The total was a little pricier than what I normally pay for pizza but there is a two dollar up charge for the cauliflower crust. So for 12 inch, two topping, cauliflower crust and cheese breadsticks it was a little over $20. There was only one employee working and she was very nice both on the phone and in person. When I got home I told my husband we were eating cauliflower crust pizza he was skeptical but we were both very pleasantly surprised. Somehow it stands up to the toppings although I imagine with more it would be more difficult and while it doesn't taste like a traditional pizza crust it doesn't taste overly like cauliflower it really just picks up the flavor of the sauce and cheese and toppings. I'm not saying I'm going to go crazy and replace my delicious, chewy, gluten crust with cauliflower all the time but I would absolutely, 100%, as a gluten loving, bread indulgent person have this pizza again. I think that if I was on a special diet and was looking for an alternative to a traditional pizza crust this would be an excellent choice. I managed to try one of the breadsticks before my children inhaled the rest and it was excellent fluffy on the inside slightly chewy with just the right amount of butter and cheese. If the regular pizza crust is anything like that I'm looking forward to trying it out as well."

"So, where do where do I start this review? Well, we will go with the truth on things and the reason for the pizza size (Junior). Money was tight and I wanted to try both. I like to make sure my dog has his Rachel Ray food and ?something? to go with it for dinner. Dogs are family after all! Alright, to the point of the review: I have started things off like I usually do and that is product presentation upon delivery. The process was a bit different than normal with GrubHub so I am curious to know if the restaurant handled their own delivery or the tracking map was broken. Either way, I was completely satisfied with the process. That  said, the first two photos are as delivered (one closed box and one open boxed). I was very happy with the pizza being so secure and in good condition! Moving along, the next two photos are of each of the pizzas whole in the box. The first will be what they call ?The Special Pizza? and the second one is called ?Veggie Pizza? and these are the menu descriptions of the food. From this point, I am presenting each one by a single slice (The Special Pizza first, Veggie second). Finally, I put both together on a plate as they looked so wonderful I had to try both and well, I was pretty darn hungry after yelling at the Football game. Yes, I am one of those who thinks I can control the Football from a great distance! Runs in the family it seems as my Dad was the same way. Final Thoughts: As a whole, I was very happy with this place and the quality of the food that I received. I found the ratio on the toppings to be appropriate and the crust was just as expected which was firm but also quite tasty. There was just the right amount and the quality of the toppings were excellent. I?m picky on Sausage and this did not have some overwhelming Fennel flavor as some do.  I?d say to give this place a try if you?re looking at a new place to get pizza! Definitely better than some of the ?Other Options? who are ?Popular? on TV. I say Go Small Business!!!"
