We got quotes and tastings from a variety of caterers, and not only was Old Carolina the best tasting, but Kelsey and their service throughout were amazing. Don’t underestimate the importance of working with a vendor who is responsive, honest, and accommodating. Not to mention the price was incredibly reasonable! Easy 5 stars here. "At 1:55pm at Massillon store. I needed to go covers for my food that I returned to the counter for and all four employees looked at me from a distance and walked away. I stood there for approximately another 2 minutes before moving down the counter to interrupt another employee with his back to me to ask for lids. There was only one other table in the place with people occupied at it. Really!"
