"I ordered Bun Cha Gio through Uber eats. I am not a newbie to Vietnamese food so I was a little disappointed with the Bun. It was the blandest Bun Cha Gio I have ever had. The sauce didn 't have enough fish sauce and vinegar. The amount of sauce in proportion to the vermicelli noodle was lacking. The veggies are also lacking, as there was waaaay more vermicelli than veggies. I understand it 's probably for cost cutting purposes. The actual spring roll and pork were pretty flavorful so that was a plus! I was looking for my go-to Vietnamese place and wanted this to be it, however, it seems like I have to look elsewhere."
