"Unreliable establishment. I placed my Too Good To Go order at 3 PM today and received confirmation for a 9 PM pickup. However, when I arrived to collect my dinner, I found out that my order had been canceled. There was no sympathy or effort from the staff to explain the situation or assist me in any way."
