"Stopped by this place today, and was greeted by friendly staff. They asked me if I wanted to sample some of the meats which took me by surprise and was actually a nice gesture. I ended up ordering the grilled chicken over rice with assorted toppings andwhite sauce. The chicken was very fresh and tender. Compared to shah's which can be a hit or miss of dry wet meat. As well,portions were very generous. I consider myself a person who eats more than an American sized portion, and I still couldn'tfinish the platter. Overall, this place is definitely worth the stop. Different palate compared to Shah's but everything wasfresh and the service was phenomenal. -Updating this review to say this place is still one of the best Halal spots locally.Portion sizes are amazing. Cod was fresh, the fries were on spot as well. Just make sure to park in the Dunkin Donuts parkingLot"

"*Updated* 5-10-23: It’s clear that there’s a new owner. They seem to be relying heavily on the reputation built by the previous management. The cashier was lacking in personality, which was disappointing. The food is somewhat reminiscent of what it used to be, but it’s definitely altered. The prices have increased significantly, which is frustrating. Unfortunately, I think I’m done with what had been one of my favorite spots for over 22 years. I’ve been coming here for years and still appreciate its great quality—it really is a hidden gem."

"Please save your money and if you do pay credit card because when you get it in your car, everything is wrong and this taste really gross. You would think that he would be a person has experience but his son and him hate what they’re doing and they want to leave which is showing in their food, I asked her refund. They said they do not do that so buyer beware use a credit card so you can dispute it when you have diarrhea."

"Once seated, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. In our party of four, we ordered a patty melt, a Reuben sandwich, shrimp, and a burger without a bun. Everything was served as we requested, at the perfect temperature and beautifully presented. Despite being on a diet, we couldn't resist sharing a slice of cake, which was absolutely delicious. We appreciated that we were given ample time to relax before ordering and were never rushed. Overall, what started as a small hiccup turned into a wonderful experience. We will definitely be returning!"

"After seeing some negative reviews, I decided to give the Mixed Gyro Platter a try, albeit with some hesitation. Given the number of chain halal restaurants in the area, I can only speculate that those comments are from individuals who have never actually tried this dish or might be affiliated with other establishments. The meat and lamb were incredibly well-seasoned, fresh, and generous in portion size—definitely enough for at least two meals. Additionally, the service was quicker than I've experienced at other local halal spots, making this my new favorite place. I’m excited to explore their other menu offerings in the future."

"I was extremely disappointed with my first visit to this restaurant. It was clear that everything was essentially store-bought or pre-made and simply heated up. For us, it felt like a waste of money. I was hoping for some authentic, hearty country cooking, but the baked beans were just canned beans, and the banana pudding was hastily thrown together with pudding, bananas, and wafers. The rolls were typical store-bought Hawaiian rolls, and none of our food was even served hot. I only gave it one star because you have to give at least one star to write a review."
