"I typically avoid takeout because I have worked in various fast food and restaurant jobs in the past and know better. If you can cook at home, do it! I should have checked the bad reviews before dining here; I knew better but made the mistake of choosing convenience when I was hungry. I don't know if the meat was months old or if it was improperly stored, but it was clear I was food poisoned. I felt nauseous and struggled with constant vomiting and diarrhea. To make matters worse, I suddenly developed a fever and had to wrap myself in blankets. **Please DO NOT order from this restaurant if you care about your health! You will get sick.** And if you see negative reviews, take them seriously—they are there for a reason!"

"IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS FIVE STARS I WOULDThis is not my first time eating at this restaurant chain put it now maybe my last. I just spent $15.40 for 8 shreds of hot fresh cooked chicken to be thrown on top of ice cold fried rice and way overcooked vegetables that had no taste. The chicken dumplings after one bite made me sick to my stomach. It was cold in the middle and tasted foul. I am so disappointed I can't even express.On top of that there fountain soda machine don't work and the guy says they won't be fixing it. Only selling can soda. This place should be shut down before someone gets really I'll or dies.SeriouslyAll I did was pick the chicken out of it it was the only edible thing"

"We have been loyal customers for quite some time. However, tonight my husband went out of his way to visit, arriving 20 minutes before closing time, only to be told by the owner that they were closed. Given the gas prices and the effort to get there, we won’t be returning. Your official closing time is 7 PM, and we arrived at 6:40 for a takeout order. This experience has left a sour taste, and we won't be back."

"We visited Nori Japan for the first time and were let down. We ordered the chicken teriyaki, and while the chicken was flavorful, the portion sizes were disappointingly small. We chose takeout, and when we got home, we discovered that the rice took up about 90% of the container, the vegetables only 6%, and the chicken just 4%. Even the order without vegetables had a similar distribution. Although we placed our order at 5:30 PM right before they closed at 6 PM, we expected more for $9 each. It looks like we'll be heading to Virginia Beach for our teriyaki cravings from now on. "
