"I recently visited this restaurant through the drive-thru and I found the service to be disappointing. The girl working at drive-thru register number 3 on July 12, 2022, at 3:15 pm was quite rude. She made a rude remark when we placed our order, and when we asked for utensils for our sides, she reassured us they were in the box, but they were not. Additionally, the portions of food we received in the combo meals were very small and not worth the price of $8.99 each. Overall, I do not recommend dining at this establishment."

"Worst management and workers I've ever seen!!!! Manager is super rude and her attitude reflects the attitude of the workers who then take it out on you. Seems like a power trip and it sucks because the fresh and hotness off the food makes the whole experience suck. The ice machine wasn't even filled and they manager can't come tell a customer sorry but makes excuses loud enough for you to hear want she's tell the employee to tell you. Very rude staff. There corporate office must get enough complaints they don't even have proper connect to direct you to people other than the same people in store. The Stuart family has loss my business and respect EXPLANATION POINT!"

"I asked the Drive-thru attendant if they had any fish made up...she stated, Yes . So I ordered a 3 piece fish dinner for me and chicken for my 10-year-old. Then drove around to the pick-up window. After waiting 10 minutes, the attendant told me theyonly had one piece of fish and it would be an additional 10-minute wait for the other two pieces. She asked did I want my moneyback. I said, Yes, So it took you 10 minutes to tell me there was no fish? She said Yes ...and just gave me this blankstare. Then she said, Would you like a refund? . I said, Yes . She handed me a refund slip for the entire order. I said, What about the chicken? She said, You still want the chicken? . By this time I was really irritated as most people mightbe. So I said, Yes I want the chicken and I shouldn 't have to pay for it at this point. I wanna talk to your manager. Sheclosed the window. 10 minutes later, a gentleman came to the window and said, Can I help you? . ...as if he didn 't know whatwas happening. This gentleman claimed to be the manager but acted like a high school dropout street brawler. He called me buddy when he said the fish was made to order. That I got my refund, what else do I want? I told him I wouldn 't have orderedthe fish if the attendant would 've told me there was none made up, I would 've ordered Chicken instead. Then he said if you wantthe chicken you ordered you 'll have to pay for it. I told him he doesn 't act like a manager. He then told me he was the owner. …I just drove off. Can you imagine his competitors acting like this? If you are reading this review Mr. Manager/Owner, I 'mnot your buddy . This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! -Charles"

"The drive-thru experience was as seamless as usual, but I wasn't informed of my total before being instructed to proceed to the window. The food tasted the same as before, but there was an excessive amount of pepper in both the mashed potatoes and gravy. Additionally, you need to request silverware and napkins if you want them. I was fortunate to have my own in the car; otherwise, I wouldn't have rated it three stars."

"During our four-day trip, my family enjoyed dinner at this restaurant every night. After our first visit, we were absolutely won over by everything: the food, the atmosphere, the live music, and the exceptional service. Speaking of service, I can't recommend Ashley highly enough; she was our server each night and was truly remarkable, even remembering our drink orders by the second day. The patio is dog-friendly, so our pup could join us for dinner each evening. We sampled nearly everything on the menu (the nachos you see in the attached photo were a standout) and concluded that Drifter's serves the best BBQ around. We would happily return just for this incredible experience! In summary, I have no complaints about this place, other than the fact that it's not located in Knoxville, TN."

"We ordered to-go and it was such a bad experience. I ordered the shrimp diablo with a side of rice and as you can see from the pictures, there were 6 teeny tiny shrimps, a handful of cold stale rice that didn’t have a single piece of meat or shrimp it in, and a piece of lettuce and onion strip to take up space in the container. When I got home and opened it I was APPALLED! Who put together that container and thought that it was appropriate to serve to a customer?! It looks pitiful. And it didn’t even come with any homemade dipping sauce for the shrimp, they gave me a store bought tartar sauce which was disgusting. This is apparently a seafood place and they can’t even be bothered to make their own tartar sauce?! That’s shameful. My partner ordered one of the fresh fish fried and it came out to be almost $50 for the fish! And they didn’t include ANY sides, no sauce, NOTHING! With the price they charge for that fish it should at least come with some fries and a dipping sauce! What a scam. Lastly we got an order of the shrimp fried rice that had maybe 1% shrimp in it. I was digging around trying to find shrimp pieces but there were NONE! The rice itself was not the worst thing on Earth but since I had ordered shrimp fried rice and not just fried rice, I was very disappointed. Overall we felt robbed and the food was very low quality. Our bill came out to be $70 and for $70 somewhere else I could have gotten such better food. I will never ever step foot in here ever again and I’ll make sure to let everyone know to not eat here too unless they want to leave hungry and spend way too much money."

"During our last visit, we accidentally ordered the “Loch” catfish instead of the regular variety. When the dish arrived, I was surprised to see a whole catfish served on my plate. I promptly informed our waitress of the mix-up, and she assured me that she would speak to the manager. Within a few minutes, she returned to let me know they would replace the order without any hassle. I must admit, I’ve had less-than-ideal experiences at other restaurants when pointing out order mistakes, often encountering unhelpful or unfriendly staff. But here, it was refreshing to enjoy my meal even after the initial error was mine, and it was corrected so swiftly and graciously. No complaints at all!"

"If I could put 0 stars I woud only cuz of the service: Service is horrible. Waitress was so rude. First she forgot the drink my husband ordered then she forgot she was our waitress. While she was sweeping the floor. Seemed to me she didn’t feel like working and was trying to stall. The she got mad when we asked if there was any limes and couldn’t believe they didn’t have any and she thought we were accusing her of being a liar. When we said we couldn’t believe there was no limes. Then she offered to call the manager on herself: so we just shook it off and told her we didn’t call her a liar… to make matters worse she starts telling all the other waitresses and pointing at our table. We had to ask for another waitress. If the service is going to be horrible, Don’t expect happy customers. The food was good but couldn’t enjoy it with all the drama of this waitress. Disappointed."

"I have got to share my awesome experience with Cora Faye’s restaurant today. My Sis and I were so pleased with the delicious meal we had. It has been quite sometime since I’ve had some authentic “soul food” and they put both feet in it!! We were both stuffed when we left and I had to bring my leftovers home, which I totally look forward to finishing tomorrow. Not only was all the food cooked to perfection but even the sweet tea was great, not too sweet but just right. I will definitely be going back again. Even the owner came out and talked with us for awhile and of course we praised the meal. Please try it for yourself and I believe you’ll be pleasantly surprised with such a great meal.
