"The food was decent, but the fries that came with my sandwich were cold. The service was disappointing; I had to wait a long time for a table and my order was incorrect when it arrived. Additionally, I had placed a to-go order for my daughter, but they forgot to process that, so I had to wait for it too. To top it off, they charged me extra for the to-go order. Overall, it was not a great experience."
