"The guy who works in the front desk. Has a bad attitude and asks for extra cash if you ask for thigh or chicken breast.This guy has tremendous bad behavior. Two years, we buy from the same location. Other guys who work at night is really good. The Bengali guy he is very humble who works at night. But the one who stays in the morning. Asked us to pay couple of extra. When we often leave a tip even if we do takeout!! Only because of the great owner we always visited there for 2 years now.But after the way he behaved , from today onwards we will stop going to this place.This guy needs to be fired for his bad behavior with customers. I wish I remembered his name. Please avoid going to this place in the morning.You will not be happy with their service and behavior!!!The owner should know how he behaves with customers!That is why I am posting this review."

"first off it’s HARD finding VEGAN wings! they did a great job here!! the lemon pepper flavor is on point omg. add some hot sauce and wheh chile . next time i’m getting the agave bbq which i hear is recommended. they give you 5 Vings fries for $10.99. the Vings come on bamboo sticks I think. overall not a bad deal! update: price has changed so the combo meal (vings fries drink) now comes out to be around $15. it’s veryyyyy busy on weekend nights so expect a wait. call ahead of time. still, the servers were super nice. if i could give a higher rating i would "

"Everything was pretty good but the recipe for the tenders seems like it changed since last year. Maybe too much salt or maybe its just me but I know I absolutely loved them last year but not quite as much this year. I do love how thick the cuts are. Most places give thin strips of meat and mostly breading but Chesters always delivers with their meat-to-breading ratio."

"I wouldn’t even give this place one star. We ordered from Wing Boss for the first time today. First, when I called to order from the online menu, the first person I spoke to clearly didn’t know the menu. Then they transferred me to someone else who kept offering me items that weren’t even close to what I wanted. Our fries were soggy and the chicken was undercooked. I asked for ranch dip with my BBQ wings but they gave me BBQ sauce instead. We were told the order would take 15 minutes, but it took 45. My husband went inside to pick up the order, and it wasn’t busy at all, yet the young guy working seemed completely out of it and messed up our order. I will be calling in the morning to demand a full refund."

"To my knowledge, this is the only Chesters Fried Chicken in Houston, so we drove an extra 16 miles for the delicious roasted chicken and our family favorite: roasted gizzards. The fried chicken was exceptional, but unfortunately, the gizzards were old and the crust too hard, which was quite disappointing. I would much rather wait 15 minutes for a fresh batch than be served an old one. On my next visit, I’ll make sure to ask for a fresh batch, or I might just skip ordering the gizzards altogether."
