"Had ordered today the four piece box. Got charged 6 dollar more than(for a total of 14.99 for a four piece suddenly)... forgot the buns and the fries....with this order we also got the 5 piece tenders combo with fries and a soda...also was charged 14.99and.once again no fries. The tenders were microscopic. No dipping sauce. Yet they remember a handfulof ketchup...for my twoorders of missing fries and buns and soda. They didn't forget to.double charge us though. Was a weekly customer. No longer."

"NOTE: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS WONDERFUL WITH MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AS WELL AS THE OWNERS. Eat here pretty often and the staff and even the couple who owns it are very nice people. Food is pretty good. Love the wings, the fried rice is better here than at the Chinese restaurant in the same plaza and the philly is great too(extra meat . Seriously I don?t mean to yell in the beginning however just reading some of the reviews I?m thinking people are really crazy. I?ve lived in Gwinnett for 5 years ordering from here and the food is always great. The one time I make a complaint to them about my order and they took care of me so quickly, thoughtfully and professional I had to write a review. Keep in mind I?m ordering Uber eats so they don?t know who I am but If i went into the store they would recognize me and I STILL received excellent customer service."
