"The food was great. The customer service was a 5 out of 10 at best. I called the order in was told it would be 20 minutes before ready. I get there 25 minutes later and that's when they decided to cook my order. So another 25 minutes go by before my order was ready. As I'm waiting others are coming in with the same complaint of already called in order and still waiting for them to cook the orders. Just tell people the truth, cooked as it is paid for that's all you have to do. Simple customer service is EVERYTHING!!! Probably be my last trip here"

"First time ordering here today and wow will never order again. Ordered one cheese pizza online to be delivered to my sons daycare. Was supposed to be there by 11:15am. It’s now 12:07pm and the pizza is still not there. I called once to find out the status after it was already 20mins late and was told it would be there in 10-15mins. Well 20 more mins go by and still no pizza. I called back and asked to speak to a manager several times and was told no. Was told the driver was on his way and that they are very busy. If you are so busy then why can’t someone call ME to tell me my order would be an hour late.... AN HOUR late. Ridiculous. If one of the store managers reads this please contact me."

"I've been working in this area for over 20 years, surrounded by residential remodeling and house flips. This place is your typical city corner store. The floors are not very clean, and the overall atmosphere can be a bit unsettling. However, the drinks are incredibly affordable, and the chips and snacks are also cheap with a decent variety available. I even tried some of the chicken from here, and it was absolutely delicious. I plan to keep coming back for many years to come!"
