"There is a lady who works there, she answered the phone and I think she is a manager or supervisor, SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE. All I did was asked tell her I noticed there wasn’t an email address on the website and she just hung up. I called back like 5 mins later and I asked her why she hung up and she did it again.
