Barely average value overall As others have noted, it 's almost like the servers are reluctant to ' be of service ', and whatever suggestions we were offered, seemed more like confirmations of what we were questioning, rather than answering any questions we had. And seemed very distracted by who knows what given there was so few people in the restaurant itself. Food quality/taste was just OK at best, and I really didn 't appreciate the huge plate of white rice [glycemic index anyone? forced upon me as 'included ' , and of course inflating the $tab, and no substitutions were available either. With a bit of work, effort and thoughtfulness, Sartaj could be a nice destination, but, there 's simply too many better food/quality/service/value alternatives close by to second-chance this spot, which is a shame. Seating and interior was pretty spartan , and there 's a small amount of outdoor dining area as well ."
