"Pretty disappointing. Happened to be in the neighborhood at dinner time and realized we hadn 't been to RR in a long time (years). We remembered big, creative and tasty burgers and plates filled with hot, crispy fries. Not so much. Burgers were pretty much tasteless (as was my wife 's margarita) and much smaller than the old days. Crispy onion strings that were supposed to be on top of one burger were a lump of onion mush underneath the patty instead. Fries came out cold and sparse. The place was pretty dirty on a Sunday night, with no manager to be seen (even after we sent the onion mush burger back). Service was fine otherwise, but the whole experience was a solid meh. Too bad...I guess it will be several years before we try RR again."
