"I used to love this place, but my experience today was disappointing. I went to pick up my order as usual, but when I asked a question about my drink, the blonde woman behind the counter refused to answer and accused me of being belligerent. Despite this, they finished my order, but the woman would not hand it to me. I had to ask multiple times for my order before she finally gave it to me. The man packaging the orders was trying his best to be helpful, but the woman's attitude was difficult to work around. I left the restaurant feeling frustrated and will not return until this woman is no longer working there. All she had to do was listen to me, but she wouldn't stop talking long enough to hear what I was saying."
