"This restaurant has absolutely terrible service. We were seated without anyone mentioning that there was a private party in the back room. We waited 30 minutes just for a cocktail and a soda. Many menu items, including oysters, chicken, and red beans and rice, were sold out. After waiting an hour, the staff couldn't give us any estimate on when our food would arrive, and they didn't seem to care. Meanwhile, the waitstaff was just standing around chatting."
