"The first time I visited, the owner warmly welcomed me. I ordered the whole fried chicken, but when I got home and tried it, I found it to be a bit too salty. A few days later, I returned to try the whole Rotisserie chicken. When I mentioned my feedback about the fried chicken being too salty, the owner became rude and did not take it well. Despite wanting to try something new, his attitude toward me as a customer was unwarranted. He boasted that no one in the past 9 years had ever complained about his food before. I tried to explain that constructive criticism is valuable and should be taken positively. It is okay if one dish doesn't turn out perfectly, there's no need to be rude to customers. Despite this experience, I am willing to give the restaurant another try and sample something new on the menu."
