"I've been visiting this restaurant since I was a child, and it's a fantastic place. I particularly appreciate the carry-out service; the staff is always very friendly, from the moment I place my order over the phone to when I pick it up. They are very accommodating. I've had a few negative experiences with the waitstaff—maybe three times in the 20 years I've been coming here—but overall, most of the staff are down-to-earth and welcoming."
