However, today I attempted to place a mobile order, and it took the staff a while to process it. The guy glanced at my order and then kept me waiting for about ten minutes before I could speak with another employee. They explained there was some confusion because my name wasn't listed on the mobile order, even though I had the correct order number. While I was frustrated, I appreciated that they made sure the right person received their food."
