"DWC has really declined in quality. It used to be my favorite place for wings. It seems like they have changed their ranch recipe, it used to be creamy and thick with Parmesan in the sauce, now it is thin and tastes like something you can get for free at a fast food restaurant. The fry sauce also tastes different, like it is missing paprika now. The portions of fries have decreased, my large fry that I share with my partner was smaller than last time. It is possible that this restaurant just had a bad night, but my friends have had the same experience. I would suggest that if your wholesale food costs have increased to the point where you are lowering the quality, it would be better to raise prices and return to the original DWC quality.
