"I ordered a large one-topping garlic pizza using a $9.99 voucher, and I have to say, it was one of the most delicious pizzas I've ever had. When I called ahead to inquire about the voucher, Zoe was incredibly helpful; she encouraged me to place my order in advance so that it would be ready for me upon arrival— and it was even prepared earlier than I expected! The pizza arrived hot, with gooey cheese and a wonderfully tasty crust. The garlic added a special touch that really elevated the flavor. I was truly impressed. Plus, if you happen to forget the voucher, don’t worry—just mention it when you order, and they'll apply it for you! While there is outdoor seating available, I personally found the air conditioning indoors to be a much better option. I highly recommend this place!"

"Saddest order of $17 wings I’ve ever had. We recently moved to the area and were craving pizza for dinner but wanted something better than Domino’s. We ordered for the first time. Wings and fries, a side salad, and a pizza. The app said 60 minutes for a pick up, which, on a Sunday evening seemed excessively long. Regardless, I placed the order. The confirmation email arrived and gave a shorter time (45 min) so we headed out. The order was just being finished as we pulled in. The restaurant was mostly empty. My wings were lemon pepper and hot sauce mixed together but they did half and half, which was fine, not a big deal. The fries were missing but then I saw in the email it was correct. I assumed I selected wrong but, for wings priced that high I wanted fries since I had veggies at home. I took a bite as we were leaving the parking lot only to discover they were not hot or fresh. The side salad seemed to have very little lettuce. The pizza we got for our boys was undercooked and bland, with the toppings being scantly placed. Overall, I was really disappointed with the quality of the food. I’m bummed that this will not be our new regular spot like in our old neighborhood."

"The best pizza in Sugar Land! The crust is amazing—perfectly chewy without being bread-like. The sauce is excellent, made from a rich tomato base with a unique blend of custom spices. I worked there about 17 years ago and had the opportunity to meet the chain's owner one night in the kitchen. He showed me the bags of the custom spice blend he used for the sauce and even demonstrated how to mix it. It's truly a one-of-a-kind local pizza experience that any pizza lover should definitely try! Everything else on the menu is also prepared in an impeccable Italian cooking style!"

"This is the best New York-style pizza I've had since I left New York in 1978. The sauce is always a little different, maybe it's homemade? The cheese is generously gooey, much like what Domino's wishes it could achieve. Seriously, when was the last time you had pizza from a chain that had those cheese strings like they show in commercials? Plus, there’s no need to pay extra for additional cheese, and the prices are very reasonable. You can't beat $6.99 for a large carry-out pizza with one topping!"

"I arrived at the restaurant just as they were closing at 9 PM, but it didn't seem to bother anyone. They still made my pizza, and I received a complimentary bottle of water. "Holy yummy buffet! So we stopped here after we received a family local recommendation and it was sooo good. Red beans and rice was very tasty, they had plantains, fish, vegetables, cabbage, and various meats (chicken, pork and more). The BBQ chicken andCurry chicken was my favorite!!!! The flavoring was mild because everyone has to eat it but, it was good enough for my palletand oh so tender. Red sauce was delicious too. We wish they had some type of bread like roti or even a cornbread with thebuffet. Check this place out! Pricing was good too! They got a 4 because of the bathrooms were dirty, someone did not fill upthe soap dispenser and just left the container on the counter which required the need to pour the large jug yourself. Also thehagglers outside in front trying to sell stuff made it confusing because we did not know if they were with the store or not.Super annoying."

"I ordered the Combo 1/4 chicken 1/4 ribs with 1 side that include 4 ribs and 2 pieces of chicken with yellow rice and Pita bread ?. The ribs was very thin and hardly any meat on it and hard and the chicken had a bitter tart taste and not much meat on it. The rice was ok and the Pita bread was good . I always got the chicken finger and French Fries from the kids menu it was ok and the water and sodas ."

"This is by far one of the best restaurants I have been to. I worked in the restaurant industry for many years and wish I could have worked in a place like this. The staff is so incredibly nice and the FOOD IS TO DIE FOR. Living in the south my whole life this is some of the best southern soul food I have ever had. The fried chicken was fall off the bone tender, the slaw and Mac and cheese were so creamy. I don't visit Charlotte often but I'd come back here a million times for the atmosphere and good food just because. 100/10 would recommend to anyone."

"The food was great. The customer service was a 5 out of 10 at best. I called the order in was told it would be 20 minutes before ready. I get there 25 minutes later and that's when they decided to cook my order. So another 25 minutes go by before my order was ready. As I'm waiting others are coming in with the same complaint of already called in order and still waiting for them to cook the orders. "They post signs ALL over staying how they 're Back Open after renovations, but if you go there randomly at 3 pm on a weekday they 're closed for 'shift change '? Yeah, I know how shift changes work(my sister used to work for Dixie Queen), you don 't have to shut down the entire place to change shift leads, etc. Dixie Queen already takes forever to prepare an order(because it 's cooked to order), but I 'll find somewhere else to go, there 's ALWAYS something going on at this one!"

"This restaurant is located in a rough neighborhood, but the food is absolutely amazing. I’ve been recommended to pick up meals for others, and everyone raves about it. They claim it's the best fish and chicken they’ve ever tasted. The menu also includes a variety of sides, such as mac and cheese, fried okra, cakes, pies, coleslaw, potato salad, macaroni salad, and jambalaya. I’ve consistently picked up food for friends, and they've given it a perfect rating of 10 stars. The portion sizes are generous, and the staff, all men, are incredibly kind. The customer service here is the best I've experienced in Oakland. They're so accommodating; if you want extra tartar sauce or anything else, they happily provide it at no extra charge."

"This is my first time ordering from Pizza Fino. I placed my order before lunch today for a 5pm delivery. The pizza ended up arriving at 5:20 and it was the wrong order. I called the restaurant and was told it was a mistake caused by their ordering app (slice) and that I would need to call to have it fixed. I argued that it was their responsibility to fix it, not mine as the customer. Eventually, the manager agreed to remake the order as a one-time gesture. The estimated delivery time was 1 hour, but it took 1 hour and 40 minutes. The pizza arrived cold and lacked any flavor. We ordered the chicken alfredo pizza and cheese pepperoni pizza, but both tasted the same when blindfolded. The pepperoni had slightly more flavor due to the toppings. The crust was bland and tasteless. Overall, I spent close to $60 on 3 pizzas that were supposed to be gourmet quality. With the incorrect order delivered, I now have 6 large pizzas that no one wants to eat due to the lack of taste. Despite the restaurant eventually correcting their mistake (after initially trying to avoid it), I was disappointed in the flavor and quality of the pizza."
