"Cute place on the inside, very clean, with lively music and prompt (if rather taciturn to the point of bordering on unfriendly) service. I walked in to place a to go order. I placed my order in Spanish. I made it clear that there were to be no bell peppers in the food as i have an allergy. It was ready promptly (less than five minutes) and i took it home. I opened it to check it when i sat down to eat, and it was chock full of bell peppers. Ok. Maybe a miscommunication. Mistakes happen. I went back, told them there was a mistake, and to please remake it with NO bell peppers, again reiterating that i have an allergy. Food again came out promptly and i took it home, figuring the issue was fixed. I open it as i sat down to eat and discovered that they did not remake it like i asked. They literally opened the old one, picked out (most of) the bell peppers, wrapped a new tortilla over the old one, and sent it back out. No photos because i was so mad and disgusted that i had spent almost twenty bucks on a burrito that i couldn't eat that i tossed it in the trash before i even thought of taking pictures. Personally, I'm never spending money here again. I've heard other people say it was good, but considering the kitchen practices i observed with this order, my confidence in the food for my own consumption is non-existent at this point. Also of note, not a single member of the staff smiled the entire time i was there. I don't know if they were having an off day, but it was really strange to be in a Mexican restaurant and not have anyone smile. I come from an area very heavily populated with Latinos and they ALWAYS smile, even when they have bad days. This was just extremely odd to me (twilight zone odd) that nobody smiled, not at me and not at each other, so i figured I'd mention it. Dietary restrictions: Virtually non-existent in my experience. I went in with a dietary restriction and was not accommodated."
