"I have tried most of the Pho places south of Irvine and they don't compare to Pho Bo Vang. Their pho is pretty phenomenal with a great price point and a generous serving of meat and noodles. Their broth is delicious and doesn't have the aftertaste of sugar trying to hide lack of quality. No no, they do not cut corners here and serve delicious soup. Heavily recommend the wonton soup(so fresh), all stir fry recipes(never knew stir fry could taste so GOOD), and their fried rice combinations. Don't look no further, this isn't just a pho shop, its Vietnamese cuisine done right."
