"I ordered dinner for two from Category A, and the chef graciously substituted Kung Pao chicken for the deep-fried garlic or house chicken options. The chicken we received was excellent, though it could have used a bit more vegetables and perhaps some additional spice. The Mongolian beef was also quite flavorful; I personally would have liked to see more peppers and onions included, but that’s just my preference. The soup served with the meal was a bit bland compared to previous visits, but since it's sizzling rice, it’s definitely better enjoyed in person. The dumplings, however, were exceptional—truly Dynasty quality. I thoroughly enjoyed them! The price value was great as well. I also appreciate their shu mai dumplings, stuffed eggplant, and Chinese broccoli (gai lan, which is quite different from regular US broccoli and more similar to broccolini). I would happily order from here again anytime."
