"The service at this restaurant was fast, efficient, and friendly! The food was hot and fresh, and I was able to avoid the long line outside by going inside. I received my food before my card even finished processing. A special shout out to Joane and the order preparer who assisted me at 6pm on July 9th."

"Great food although my tatertots were cold. Somehow they also got the plating wrong and we had to play a game of Guess who 's order and move around our little paper trays until we were satisfied. Whatever, people mess up all the time. What 's the harm? Little did we know it was all downhill from there. Then we waited almost 30 minutes for our meals. My mother made a realization that they missed her extra rice. As my mom tried to correct this error, our server, who presumably came from the kitchen, straight up ignored her both times she called him over to fix it and just walked away back to the register. Downright rude. Fortunately it was fixed after alerting another server but we were already annoyed with the previous employee. During that time, I also ordered an extra spam musubi as a separate order that never came out. My father mentioned this to one of the waiters and she confused it for it being apart of the first order. My guess is that it was forgotten about but luckily I had my copy of my receipt since I 'm sure it would 've been dismissed as an error and I would 've had to pay extra for something I already paid for. I had the musubi handed to me in a to-go box as it was the end of our meal. We were there for an hour. Disappointment since it was a small order.I would normally excuse this with a simple, Well, its busy. They 're bound to mess something up. and all would be forgiven but this place was not even filled up enough and the phone hardly rang for pick up orders. This was not prime lunch hours, this was carelessness on them.Overall, understaffed some rude employees. Good food but not worth the amount we paid for, especially for that service."

"I would not recommend this restaurant, especially this location. My food took an incredibly long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold. Additionally, my zucchini was burnt. The air conditioning was not working, there was no ice cream in the machine, and all the sodas were flat. When I asked the cashier for a refund or a drink replacement, he refused. The staff seemed unprofessional and disorganized. Save your money and find a better dining experience elsewhere. I've visited this place multiple times, but this will be my last."

"These are almost the best wings in town. I won’t rate or review against any other company out of respect because this place is fantastic. My family and I love to order Firewings for pick ups when all our family is home for dinner and we don’t feel like cooking. The flavors are incredible. The service is perfect. I have never had an issue in my several times ordering pickup there. I recommend their Hawaiian rolls, as well as their fries. They have some of the best fries in town. I prefer Bone in wings and flavor recommendations I can give would be Jamaican Jerk, Buffalo Stampede, Louisiana Rub and the regular Buffalo flavors are all very good."

"We had to wait a bit longer for our order, likely because there was only one person handling mobile orders, in-person orders, and packaging the food. This Fire Wings location is conveniently close to the movie theater, making it an ideal spot to grab some fries and wings before a show. I highly recommend the 20-pack option, which includes three flavors, two sauces, fries, and veggie sticks, for about $15 per person. My favorite flavors are garlic parmesan, Cali run, and Thai chili."

"This location is not the best. They never have enough ppl working, you'll be in a line for 20+ mins, your order may or may not be correct and they damn sure don't answer the phone. If everything is is closed, you have all day and loads of patience, this is the spot. Otherwise, drive to San Leandro to Wing Fiesta. ?"

"I often go here for the Nashville chicken sandwich, or the tender fries, and every single time the food was delicious, the only place I’ve seen where their high spicy levels are actually spicy. The girl that’s often at the register is great too, she has red braids and is the nicest and provides the best service. Will continue coming for chicken :D !!"

"Metro Wings always give great customer service. I placed a large order and didn't have a long wait time. The order was perfect and it was enjoyable. This is always my go to place for wings, eventhough I have to go outside my neighborhood, but it's worth the drive. Also the prices are less than the price on my area and again the customer service is more professional."

"I went with a friend of mine because it's been awhile since you could eat inside a Popeyes and we were both in the mood for chicken. I was looking at the Spicy Chicken sandwich which showed $3.99 the manager ran over and said the price was wrong it's $4.99, so I asked about the meal which showed $7.39 on the menu board? He said no it's wrong too the meal is $9.99 all the prices are wrong and then he turned off the menu monitors. That annoyed me, I wanted to leave and go somewhere else but my friend wanted to stay so I only bought the sandwich. I felt like he should have honored the menu price. After we were done eating I noticed he turned the menu monitors back on again, there were no price changes and they still showed what I felt he should have charged me. I took a quick pic but it's not real clear but still readable so if you go to this Popeyes expect to pay a lot more than what the overhead menu board shows. The management who used to run this Popeyes was a lot better. I will not be returning."
