"I ordered food through Uber eats and the food tasted spoiled so I called the restaurant to inform them. I was very courteous when I informed them and was immediately told that if they replaced the food that would be like giving it for free… so I told the woman I’m not asking for free food I’m asking you to replace what I paid for which is fresh food she said call Uber eats and tell them in an extremely rude and unprofessional tone then hung up. I then called back to get her name for this review, then a man answered the phone , claimed his name is Ricky and rudely says to me I don’t know who answered the phone I just came here then I said thank you Ricky and we hung up. Then a woman who claims she is the manager called me back to ask me why I am calling to ask the name of her staff, she was unconcerned about the real issue of selling spoiled food and addressing such professionally but she is more interested in why I am asking the name of the staff. This establishment employs unprofessional people with zero business etiquette and sell disgusting food."

"I ordered an Italian hoagie and they asked me exactly what I wanted on it. I didn't have to wait long—just about three minutes, and the place wasn't crowded. When I got home, I was excited to dig in and was very pleased with my meal. For $8, I received a quality hoagie made with Boar's Head ingredients, which is much better than other well-known brands that use tough bread."
