"They charge a 3.5% convenience fee for card payments, and the small sign at the register is hard to see. When I noticed it on my receipt, I requested to reverse the transaction and pay in cash instead. They really should have a more noticeable sign, or the staff should inform customers about it before they finalize their payments. When I raised my concerns, the manager couldn’t process the reversal on the spot and had to text the owner. They promised I would receive a credit, but I haven't seen it yet! They've lost our business."
