"Really disappointed at my experience here. Firstly their staff was very rude. I went up to order a salad I was told I need to fill out a form on the other side of the store to order. After I filed it out I then waited on line again to bring up my order. I Was then told that I have to hand it to someone back on the other side of the store. I waited there for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging I was there. Someone finally came over after I had to go back up to the front counter to let them know I have been waiting. This place used to be so friendly and quick.very disappointed."

"I’m usually not a fan of deli food but this place was great. It was clean and the employees were friendly. They are also open late! The chopped cheese sandwich was really good.. the best I’ve had in NYC so far. Definitely will hit this place up again before I leave. Best deli I’ve been to in NYC"
