"I usually order pizza that is quite decent, but I decide to order alfredo and pasta too and it is not good, really a waste of my money no taste simply bland no petersilie cilantro no more crumbled in the sosse cooked only terrible I can not even rest on it cause alfredo turn to oil if heat I can not say it is simply tacky because it is simply tacky."

"I have been ordering pizza every Saturday since they opened (I was a previous pronto pizza customer). We order every Saturday (literally). Today the pizza was awful. It smelled and tasted funny and I concluded that it was the pepperoni. I called them to inform them because I thought maybe the pepperoni was bad and wanted to avoid further people having to get bad pizza. The cashier laughed as soon as I mentioned the pepperoni and she acknowledged to knowing that it’s “different” and “doesn’t know why it taste like that”. She said she she would inform the owner and then suggested that the owner may not want to toss it out because he purchased a big case of it. There was no apology or offer to replace it with a new one (although I would have said no, I’m not looking for freebies). There was nothing done to attempt to fix the situation. This was poor customer service. I’m now on the lookout for a new place that appreciates my business enough to try and make things right. I’m bummed because the delivery man is always so nice and I normally like their food."
