"Charles toke very good care of us. From hors dâoeuvres to dessert all well prepared. Mussels are a favorite of mine and last night they were perfect. Cocktails, wine and expresso martini all excellent too! We asked for something to be added to the dessert and when Charles brought it to the table he explained the chef wanted us to taste it without it but there was a side bowl if we wanted it just try it first. Very professionally handled we did and it didnât need the drizzle of chocolate. Chef thank you. But the warm chocolate was most excellent. Thank you very much to all the staff you made quite an impression and I appreciate the table we were seated."
