"If I could honestly give this place a 0 I would. Out of all food places chick fil a is my favorite. But this location has to be by far the worst. Countless times I order from this location giving them an opportunity to better its self. Yet it seems it has gone from bad to worse every time. I order the same thing every time and it never fails that I receive my order wrong. It?s not fair for me to wait more than 20 minutes in curbside to get my order wrong and have to waste my time and gas expecting this. Also did not receive straws with the drinks and instead of placing my order in a plastic bag to avoid it getting wet i received my order all wet from the rain as well as cold. Beyond disappointed."

"I take my family here pretty often and it is out of the way. There's a play area that works to my advantage when it's time to go home. I feed them, they play and to bed they are on their way. There is also a really nice lady by the name of Liz there. She is so kind..I know, most of the staff are a Chick-fil-A but I find that she goes the second mile in customer service everytime not sometime. The food is Great. I haven't had any mistakes, and the food is hot all the time. Great service!"

"Chick fil a is always a favorite. However, keeping and reusing condiments is unhygienic. I have had workers take my tray for me and take off salt and pepper packets and even unused napkins. Also, unused sauce packets are placed in a basket by the trash bins, and customers are told to use those. This is disturbing. Remember 2020 and covid?! Either stop giving out packets or take the loss and throw them away. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4"

"This place has such a down south feel in Times Square. I brought 38 young people in there for a quick bite and they made room for us to sit and eat. They moved heaven and Earth to accommodate us. I was genuinely appreciative"

"I am very upset that I had to make this review. I bought dinner this morning and I said to the cash please make sure that my eating fresh I was home with my eating and it wasn't fresh. I called and spoke to a manager name chad and he was very unprofessional when I told him that my eating was not fresh, he said that he had not received any other of them called this morning. I asked him what this has to do with me by calling, I'm a customer and I'm telling her my food wasn't fresh. he then said well that eating with other means of life is done, so if mining were not fresh, he would have got more calls from other customers. poor customer service"
