"I usually stop by this place for my bagel since it's conveniently located right across from my office. Although I've had some issues in the past, my most recent visit was particularly disappointing. Despite having four or five staff members on duty, it took an unusually long time for me to get my toasted bagel. To make matters worse, my bagel was severely burned. If I had seen it come out of the toaster looking like that, I would have immediately asked for a replacement, as it was so charred. It was too tough to even take a bite. In the end, I had to throw away $4 worth of food because it was completely inedible."
