"I hate to say this, as I usually only give five-star reviews, but I was disappointed. We ordered a plain cheese pizza and a chicken parmesan sandwich. The thin crust pizza was nice, but it lacked flavor and was just average. Coming from the North, we take our pizza seriously, and this didn't meet our expectations. The chicken parm was cold in the middle, suggesting that it was prepared in advance rather than made to order, as it arrived first. If you need something to feed the kids, it will do, but overall, it could definitely be better. On a positive note, the service was fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly. One downside was that there were no fountain sodas and no ice, which was disappointing. I hope this feedback is helpful."
