"I walked for 40 minutes to try the chicken at US Chicken, full of anticipation. However, when I arrived, the owner appeared distracted by the TV, and it took several attempts to get his attention. Despite his claims that the fried chicken was fresh and halal, it was evident that it had been sitting in the oven for quite a while. The mashed potatoes I ordered were old and cold, and unfortunately, they were out of both white sauce and ranch dressing. The chicken did not live up to my expectations, and it seemed like the owner was not fully invested in the food quality. To top it off, there was a discrepancy between the advertised price and what I was charged, which only added to my frustration. Despite these issues, the owner didn’t inquire about my experience, and there weren’t many customers in the restaurant. With more attentive customer service and a stronger focus on the business, the owner could greatly improve the situation and possibly avoid staying open late with little demand."
