"The burger was overly greasy, and the bun was completely soaked and soggy. I don’t get why a restaurant asks how you want your burger cooked but ends up serving it well done no matter what you say. The burger was okay, but definitely not worth the $12—no fries or drink included, just the burger. I also paid an extra dollar for two tiny jalapeño slices, and my online order took 35 minutes to arrive, even though the restaurant was empty."
