"The bagels are mediocre at best. There are much better bagels close by in Portland. I don’t except perfection from a shop like this. It is really the management that will keep me from returning to this location. The responses on these reviews are childish and uncalled for. I can only imagine how the staff here is treated. I simply can not support a business who operates and treats paying customers this way"
