"I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. When Jerome, a worker from the back, came out, he greeted us with a casual "what's up." I mentioned that we were ready to order, but the customer service was lacking. It felt like he didn't want to be at work, and perhaps he should have taken the day off. To make matters worse, the ketchup container was empty at 11:45. After I placed my order, he didn’t even mention the total, and I had to ask for it, which was quite frustrating. I strongly suggest that you provide better training for your employees on customer service."
