"The customer service at this convenience store is the worst I’ve experienced in the area, prompting me to stop visiting entirely. Each time I attempted to shop here, I found it difficult to get help. During my last visit, I was told I had to use the self-checkout, which was frustrating. I ultimately threw my items on the counter and walked out without making a purchase. Furthermore, the product selection is extremely inconsistent; they never seem to know what stock they will have available. While the ongoing supply crisis might play a role, other convenience stores are handling it much more effectively."
