"The food isn’t bad, but it’s not actually Vietnamese — unless you consider Chipotle to be Mexican food. The coffee was made from an instant powder mix. Bánh mì had shredded iceberg lettuce like a Jersey Mike’s sub, but it actually wasn’t bad. Papaya salad was a total dud — no fish sauce! Service was fine and they managed expectations with my walk-in to go order by warning how long it would take (they were able to fulfill in less time . No one there speaks Vietnamese. This place would do better as an upscale pan Asian concept (not kidding as they serve bulgogi here! catering to people who think they know what Vietnamese food is. But the fact that it’s a hole in the wall and has “Vietnamese Cuisine” in the name is kinda deceptive as there’s no authentic Vietnamese food to be found here."
