"I started with the edamame, and the first thing I noticed was the perfectly salted peas—just fantastic. For my main course, I ordered the Pad See Ew, and it was among the best I've ever had. The noodles are made in-house, the vegetables were crisp and not overcooked like you often find in other Thai places, and the sauce was cooked to perfection. For a noodle dish to be truly authentic Thai, it needs to be prepared just right in the wok, and they absolutely nailed it. My only minor critique would be that it could have been a bit spicier, but that's a small comment in the grand scheme of things.
To top it all off, they surprised me with a complimentary dessert of fried bananas, which was out of this world, along with the tapioca I had ordered. This was my first visit, but I will definitely be back!"
