"After we finally received the menus, I went to the register to place our order. Victoria completely ignored me until I had to get her attention to let her know I was ready to order. I spent over $30 on our meal, and when we received our food, I noticed that my plain fries could have used some seasoning to enhance their flavor. Victoria never suggested any options or recommendations. Later, when I went back to the register to ask for seasoning, I was told it would cost extra. While I had no issue with that, it would have been nice to have been offered seasoning in the first place.
When I tried to speak with her, she barely acknowledged me and made it frustrating to communicate. I found myself having to raise my voice just to get her to notice me, as she couldn't be bothered to walk back to the register to talk. Overall, her behavior was rude and unprofessional.
The food itself was just okay—lacking flavor, and the sauce on the wings was barely noticeable. It wasn't the enjoyable experience we had hoped for.
UPDATE 10/2/24: Customer service at this place is a joke. After reaching out via email as instructed, I learned that this kind of treatment from Victoria is apparently acceptable, and customer relations believes she is doing everything right. It seems that the standards for customer service at this establishment are quite low, and I will not be returning."
